
The bike is a 2001 GSXR-750 (K1), 40K miles and has had HEL braided lines fitted since day one. The discs are the originals but visually in good condition, although maybe worn? The fluid was changed at the last service but didn't improve matters

I've that the radial master cyclinder from a K3 or K4 is compatible, and can make a big difference - I would be interested to hear if anyone tried this?
Money is an issue at the moment, so looking for the most inexpensive cure.
