I have a set of white DT175MX bodywork that is stained as a result of rusty screws, oil spills, ingrained dirt and minor scratches.
Before I set about trying to revive the plastics, does anyone on here have any experience of doing this or have any recommendations for how to bring back the clean white look of the bodywork.
Cheers
Ian

Re: Restoring Moto-X type plastics
After trying various methods, I used a cleaner called 'Astonish'. Applied with a damp cloth, it cleaned all the scratches and grime off the white plastic. After a rinse off and drying, fine compound and a polishing mop brought them back to near new appearance.
