If anyone has an eBike insurance and are trying to make any changes to their policy at the moment then you will have been as frustrated as me trying to get hold of them due to their website being offline and being forced to contact them through a premium rate telephone number.
I ended up contacting the underwriter of my policy to check that I still had cover for a start and explained the difficulty I was experiencing getting through to eBike. The confirmed that there was no issues with my cover and as far as they were concerned eBike were still trading. They also said it was a disgrace that I had been kept on hold for nearly 60 minutes by eBike so gave me the direct dial number for eBike ( 01454 634142 ).
That will take you through to the main eGroup exchange. From there I got stright through to someone at eBike who dealt with the changes I had to make. Work keeping a note of that number if you are with eBike.
